O'Brien:

Kevin
is our Managing Partner since 1993 and practices in the areas
of corporate and commercial law, in particular competition/anti-trust
law, mergers and acquisitions law and telecommunications law.
He was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and holds a law degree
from Trinity College Dublin.

Simpson:
Thomas
practices primarily in the areas of general and insurance
litigation, commercial litigation, and arbitration. Thomas
was admitted as a solicitor in 1978 and holds a law degree
from University College Dublin.

Jones:

Eamon
practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law with
a particular focus on credit insurance, commercial property,
project finance, company reorganisations, management buy outs
and insolvency. Eamon was admitted as a solicitor in 1981
and holds a law degree from University College Dublin.

Anthony
practices in the areas of non-life insurance law and regulation,
EU and competition law, intellectual property law and employment
law. Anthony was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and holds
a law degree from Trinity College Dublin. He is a member of

Patrick
Ryan:

Patrick
practices in the areas of e-business and information technology
law, telecommunications law, and public tendering law. Patrick
was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and holds a law degree
from University College Cork. He is a member of the International
Bar Association, the Computer Law Association and the Institute
of Taxation of Ireland.

Joanne
Griffin:

Joanne
practises in the area of corporate and commercial law with
a particular focus on corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions
law, company reconstructions and amalgamations, shareholders
agreements and commercial dispute resolution. Joanne became
a partner in 2003 having been admitted as a solicitor in 1999
and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Corporate Finance)
degree from University College Dublin and a post-graduate
Diploma in Legal Studies. Prior to joining Kilroys, Joanne
had extensive experience lecturing company and commercial
law.
