Since its foundation in 1954 Kilroys has been closely associated with several national importers of new motor vehicles into Ireland. We advise a number of substantial importers and distributors in this segment.

We also represent clients in the retail and wholesale distribution sectors. We advise on international distribution agreements, product liability, dealer agreements, franchise agreements, consumer law, EU and competition regulations, data protection and IP issues.
